Structure
1. The minimum number of shareholders is one.
2. The minimum number of directors is one. Directors may be corporate entities or individuals.
3. No reporting requirements. But a company is required to keep financial records to reflect the financial position of a company.
4. No requirements for a local director.
5. No limitations on where or how meetings may be held.

Shares and Capital Requirements
The share capital may be expressed in any currency.
The minimum issued capital is one share of no par value or one share of par value.
Registered shares, shares of no par value, preference shares, redeemable shares, and shares with or without voting rights are permitted.

IBC Taxation
Exempt from all taxes for twenty-five years.
